  • Examine your teacup puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from the time of purchase

  • If your teacup puppy is found to have any life threatening or genetic defects, you must notify us immediately and provide a written veterinarian's statement that includes the complete diagnosis of the teacup puppy's condition within 48 hours of diagnosis. We withhold the right to have the diagnosis verified by another veterinarian of our choice and/or require you to have specific tests run on the teacup puppy to verify the diagnosis.

  • In case of replacement, we will send you the same sex, breed, and quality you paid as soon as available and only after the teacup puppy and all papers have been returned (in satisfactory condition). Shipping is the customer's responsibility. Teacup puppy must not be euthanized without initial written approval from the Puppy Pet Shop. Your puppy will only be replaced if health problems are life threatening and are attributed merely to a hereditary problem and are not due to accident or injury.

  • If your teacup puppy dies and requesting a replacement puppy or refund, you must have an autopsy performed by a State Laboratory, to determine the cause of death at your expense. Your puppy will be replaced or refunded, only if the death was caused by a covered genetic problem or an illness the teacup puppy had at the time of purchase.The Puppy Pet Shop does not guarantee the size, color, hair length, texture, temperament and/or house training abilities of your teacup puppy.

  • It takes normally 4-6 weeks before the booking can be arranged which makes the puppy at around 4 months minimum before they can travel. We issue two-stage initial vaccinations, serial numbers and certification of the vaccines.

  • We are not responsible for any veterinarian’s bills unless previously agreed to in writing by The Puppy Pet Shop.

  • We have uphold with veterinarians who work together with our breeders to keep all the teacup puppies in great health condition. Our care team members have necessary experiences to provide best care for our teacup puppies at the shop. Our veterinarians always try to keep our teacup puppies in the best shape and condition until a purchaser receives their teacup puppy. Each teacup puppy is vaccinated and we deworm our puppies prior to travel.

  • Our teacup puppies are from prominent breeders who love their dogs and provide a clean happy environment for the teacup puppies. Each teacup puppy is handled with care and loved until they find a new home.

  • Our teacup puppies are all vaccinated and dewormed on the assigned dates. When a customer decides on a teacup puppy, he/she will be thoroughly checked by a highly skilled veterinarian with cutting-edge medical equipment.

  • In case if we detect any kind of problems before travel, we will contact you and all charges will be refunded. The booked flight will be canceled.
